I live in Norwich, England and I like to build things. Whilst I might have a degree in Medical Biology, I always had a soft spot for computer science, which has been a life long hobby since I started coding on a BBC Micro at the tender age of 5. I am also a big fan of robotics, ale, watches and innovation.
I am founder at Gift Off, my responsibilities being to drive forward development and keep the vision in check. We are the quickest and easiest way to buy gift cards with digital currencies.
I am a product owner at Satalia. We use state of the art problem solving techniques, employing advanced data science, machine learning and artificial intelligence to make game changing solutions, though my primary function is as a frontend developer. I also head up the innovation circle making sure we are always pushing the boundaries and thinking ahead.
I work for UCL on a pan-European Open Innovation project called OPENiSME, fostering partnerships between SMEs and research institutions. We aim to help unlock the capacity for smaller firms to aspire to grow by giving them access to novel resources, expertise or insights. Sadly my role didn't include making the website.
I am CTO at CrowdHelix, overseeing the technological development and being an all-round problem solver. We are a collaboration and funding platform, matching companies and academics for collaborations on grant proposals and short term projects.
